Mareeke Buttjer

Mareeke Buttjer is a lawyer and holds a degree in economics.

She primarily advises on corporate law, M&A transactions, distribution law and commercial law. She also has expertise in cross-border matters.

With her additional education in economics and experience working at a private bank, she has a strong focus on economic aspects of legal advice. She speaks Danish and has advised various Danish clients.

Before joining Vesthaus, she worked at local and international law firms as well as in investment banking at Warburg Bank.
