Felix-Tessen von Gerlach is partner at Vesthaus, Corporate/M&A lawyer and notary in Kiel.

Felix advises on various sectors including industrials, real estate transactions, healthcare and restructurings, but also on general corporate law.

Business knowledge and thinking that Felix gained from his activities in family offices and the foundation/building of a LegalTech start-up in Berlin helps him to provide commercially weighted legal advice with a strong focus on price- and risk-related aspects.

Prior to co-founding Vesthaus, Felix was lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Brock Müller Ziegenbein and is a lecturer at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel (CAU).
