Leo Götz von Olenhusen is a Partner at Vesthaus and attorney specialising in Real Estate and Corporate/M&A law.

He advises national and international clients across the full spectrum of real estate and corporate transactions — from acquisitions and disposals to joint ventures, project developments, and complex M&A deals. His practice also encompasses asset management and all aspects of commercial tenancy law.

Leo brings particular depth to the healthcare, office, retail, residential, infrastructure and logistics sectors, advising clients on high-value mandates.

Prior to co-founding Vesthaus, Leo was Principal Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Associate Partner at Lower-Saxony's market leader KSB Intax.
