Dennis Karaosman

Dennis Karaosman is a partner at Vesthaus and a Real Estate and Corporate/M&A lawyer.

He advises on transactions, but also on general real estate and corporate law matters. He has a special focus on tenancy, construction and architectural law. After recently completing the notary exam, he will also provide notarial services in the future.

Prior to co-founding Vesthaus, Dennis was a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Brock Müller Ziegenbein. He is an examiner for the first state law examination.
